Decorative Metalware

The Decorative Arts sector at Claydon comprises items designed and made in the Arts & Crafts, Art Nouveau, Art Deco periods, originally artefacts often for domestic use, but now collectable due to their craftsmanship and decorative qualities.

Items range from, but not limited to, pewter and copper wares such as those designed by the Newlyn School, Guild of Handicraft, WMF, Keswick School of Industrial Art, Liberty & Co. As well as objects by key designers such as Dr Christopher Dresser, WAS Benson and many more.
